hereinafter referred to as “AFFINITY”, of 5751 Palmer Way, Suite G, Carlsbad, CA 92010 and Graphic Industries Inc., of 2730 Carlisle NE,
Albuquerque, NM 87110, hereinafter referred to as “LICENSEE”. This Agreement is entered into on behalf of and for the express benefit of
The University of New Mexico, hereinafter referred to as “LICENSOR”. AFFINITY, LICENSOR and LICENSEE may be individually referred to as
the “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties”
